What is the size of the cookie cutter?

Cookie cutter sizes from Chickadee 3d Design are as follows:

  • X-Small (65mm)
  • Small (75 mm)
  • Medium (90 mm)
  • Large (100 mm)
  • X-Large (120 mm)

These measurements are of the longest dimension of the cookie cutter.

Cookie Cutter Dimensions:

  • Cutter Handle Width 10mm
  • Cutter Depth 14mm 

Do you offer Custom designs of logos or other ideas?

CUSTOM DESIGNS: Yes we do! Need that special cookie cutter that you cannot find in stores? We would be happy to make you your own custom design or choose from pre-made designs. Want to know more, please feel free to send us a message or by email.

DESIGN FEE NON-REFUNDABLE: $10 per design applies to all custom designs.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For larger orders over 10 cutters/stamps, it might take a bit longer. 

Standard shipping with NZ Postal service target is 3-5 days. These are only estimates and can change depending on any delays. 

Do you have a shop?
Currently only online via this website, Facebook and Instagram. Unfortunately no physical shop that you can visit at this time.

What payment options do you have?
We currently have three payment options available:
1. Bank Deposit - This will be on the invoice
2. Poli.
3. Afterpay

How should I care for my cookie cutter/stamp or polymer clay cutters?

OUR CUTTERS: We print our cutters on a 3D printer, using a high-quality food-safe PLA. The Cookie Cutter can start to soften and lose its shape from around 50 degree C.

Don't use a dishwasher due to the heat used. Hand wash only in warm water using a soft brush as required for any small corners. Putting the cutters in a dishwasher could melt, warp or otherwise damage the PLA.

Where do I store my cutters?
Keep in a cool, dry place. Store away from heat or direct sunlight.

What materials are used in making the cutters/stamps?
Our 3d printed cutters/stamps are made of high-quality PLA+, a non-toxic, biodegradable plastic derived from renewable biomass.

Please note the Colours of the cutter/stamps:
The colours of the cutter/stamps will not be the same as in the pictures. The colours available will depend on the PLA we have in stock.
