Our Origins:

Chickadee 3D Design sprouted from a love for baking and the pursuit of perfection. As the former owner of Cake-elicious, I faced the challenge of sourcing quality cookie cutters with swift delivery times. Fueled by the frustration of this predicament, I delved into the world of 3D printing, acquiring an Ender 3 printer to craft custom cutters for my own creations.

The turning point came when I shared my newfound capability on the Cake-elicious Facebook page. The response was overwhelming, with fellow bakers expressing interest in acquiring their own custom cutters. What began as a personal solution soon evolved into a service for the baking community. Although I had to bid farewell to Cake-elicious due to personal circumstances and the impact of Covid, the demand for these bespoke cutters persisted, laying the foundation for Chickadee 3D Design in July 2021.

At Chickadee 3D Design, we operate on a print-to-order basis, eschewing pre-made stock to ensure that each customer receives a uniquely crafted product. This commitment to customization defines our brand, allowing us to cater to the distinctive needs of every baking enthusiast.
