Why custom designs may become part of our collection

If you send through a design that we don’t already have in our collection, a small design fee may apply to create the 3D model.

For standard, non-exclusive orders, the completed design becomes part of our collection and may be listed on our website for other customers to order one month after your purchase.

This helps us keep the design fee affordable, cover some of the time spent creating new designs, and continue growing our range.

If you’d like your design kept exclusively for your use, please choose our exclusive custom design option when ordering. Business logos are kept for your business use only and won’t be offered to other customers.
