Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 4 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Some orders can often be processed a bit quicker depending on current order load. You will receive any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. NZ Post target delivery time frame is 1-3 days but delivery time frame is subject to NZ Post policy and can be found on their website.

If your parcel has been delayed for more than 7 working days after your estimated delivery date, please contact us.
While we try our absolute best to get your order shipped out in time, once they leave our doors, it's up to the mailman. Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that could cause delays. Please be patient, your goodies will arrive soon.
