The listed price includes the stamp and discounted design fee. The design fee is non-refundable once design work has started.

Non-exclusive designs

The discounted design fee applies to non-exclusive designs. Chickadee 3D Design reserves the right to add your completed design to our website and design library, and offer it for sale to other customers one month after your purchase. This helps cover the time spent creating your design while keeping your custom design fee lower.

How to order

1. Purchase your custom stamp through this listing.
2. Email your images or idea to info@chickadee3ddesign.co.nz, along with your order number.
3. Include a short description, your preferred size and any wording or details you’d like included.
4. Design work will begin once payment and all required information have been received.
5. A mock-up will be emailed to you for approval within 24 hours.
6. Your design must be approved before printing can begin.
7. Please check all spelling, wording and design details carefully.
