Your completed design will be reserved for your business use only. Chickadee 3D Design will not add it to our website or design library, sell it to anyone else, or make it for another customer.

The listed price includes a $15 design fee, which is non-refundable once design work has started.

How to order

  1. Purchase your exclusive custom cutter and stamp through this listing.
  2. Email your images or idea to info@chickadee3ddesign.co.nz, along with your order number.
  3. Include a short description of what you’d like, your preferred size and any wording or details to include.
  4. Design work will begin once payment and all required information have been received.
  5. Your mock-up will be emailed to you for approval within 24 hours.
  6. Your design must be approved before printing can begin. Please check all spelling, wording and design details carefully.

Please only supply images, logos or artwork that you own or have permission to use.

♥ This product is MADE TO ORDER. All of the cutters and stamps are printed to order, and we don’t have stock on hand. Please allow 2-5 business days, shipping time NOT included.
♥ Cutters' colours may be different from pictures.

♥ Cookie Embosser will leave an imprint into your fondant. 
♥ Cookie Debosser (Raised) will provide a 3D pop-out design.

Care Guide

We print our cutters on a 3D printer using a high-quality, food-safe PLA. The Cookie Cutter can start to soften and lose its shape from around 50 degree C.

Don't use a dishwasher due to the heat used. Hand wash only in warm water, using a soft brush as required for any small corners. Putting the cutters in a dishwasher could melt, warp, or otherwise damage the PLA.

Essential Tips

♥ For easy release of dough, remember to coat the stamp with icing sugar/ flour before imprint
♥ Cookie cutters suitable for fondant, cookie dough, clay, biscuit dough etc.
♥ where a cookie embosser will leave an imprint into your fondant, the debosser will provide a 3D pop-out design.
